Job summary

Southern Cleaning Services is seeking a Night Manager to oversee one customer account, directing cleaning staff and mandating premises of office, commercial, or education buildings.

You will coordinate operations, ensure safety and KPI achievement, handle staffing, training, inspections, and reporting. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in maintenance with supervisory experience and strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. This role is based on-site with the night shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a maintenance field, with supervisory experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitudes with knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work with changing priorities and communicate effectively.
• Self-starter who can work with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to meet company standards and KPIs.
• Manage site management project teams and supervise staff.
• Interview, hire, and train new employees; resolve issues.
• Maintain budget and financial compliance; procure supplies.
• Ensure safety compliance and site inspections.
• Prepare monthly reports on building conditions.
