Job summary

Southern Cleaning Services, based in Adairsville, GA, is seeking a Night Manager to oversee one customer account and supervise cleaning teams at office buildings and educational facilities. You will drive daily operations, KPI performance, safety compliance, budgeting, hiring and training, and ensure equipment and supplies are ready, while reporting monthly to customers.

This role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities with a focus on quality

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a maintenance field, including supervisory responsibilities.
Strong mechanical aptitudes, and a working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Strong supervisory and communication skills (oral and written).
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
Self-starter able to work with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

Daily operations ensuring all standards and KPIs are met.
Strategic account development and budget compliance.
Oversee site management teams and staff; hire and train new employees.
Perform routine facility inspections and record hours worked.
Ensure equipment is in good operating condition and purchase supplies as needed.
Ensure safety policies are followed and training provided.
