Job summary

The role includes a night shift (6:45 PM – 7:00 AM) on a 3-1-3 rotation, with an initial 90-day training on the Day Shift (6:45 AM – 7:00 PM). Pay is $25.09/hr plus $2/hr shift differential; strong mechanical aptitude and meticulousness are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, equivalent, or 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to read precision measuring tools accurately.
• Adaptability to handle shifting production priorities and short-notice overtime.
• Commitment to safety, open communication, and eagerness to cross-train.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain extrusion and material handling machinery per SOPs.
• Monitor gauges, valves, temperatures, and pressures; conduct tests and inspect product dimensions.
• Identify equipment abnormalities, analyze root causes, and suggest improvements to reduce waste.
• Load raw materials, manage machine controls, unload finished goods, and maintain production logs.
• Support site safety standards and collaborate across teams to achieve production goals.
