Job summary

The Hershey Company is hiring for a 12-hour shift production role at the Bluffton, IN location. Employees will set up extruding machines, monitor product quality, and perform routine maintenance while following safety procedures.

Eligible candidates will have a High School diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 month of related experience or training. Weekly pay, sign-on bonus, and 401(k) are among the benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 month experience or training in related field.
• Basic math skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Set up extruding machines and adjust tooling based on recipe, screens, and line sheet.
• Inspect product for defects and adjust controls to correct issues.
• Perform hourly quality checks and record data.
• Conduct basic machine maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Operate material handling equipment and assist with scrap/waste processes.
