Job summary

Lovelace Health System in Albuquerque, NM seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for night shift in the Emergency Room. You will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and may serve as Charge Nurse as needed.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing and an active NM nursing license (or compact) within 90 days. BLS is required within 14 days; ACLS/PALS may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license within 90 days of hire.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
• DEPARTMENT MAY ALSO REQUIRE ACLS and/or PALS

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and supervise assigned staff as Charge Nurse if assigned.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and patient safety.
• Adhere to nursing standards and participate in care coordination across the ED team
