Job summary

Lovelace Health System in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a night shift, part-time Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ER and support a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must have NM nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days)
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role
• DEPARTMENT MAY ALSO REQUIRE ACLS and or PALS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is a plus (preferred)
• 2 years of experience in a specialty and 2 years of general nursing experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for the practice of professional nursing, including patient care and staff management assigned to the RN in charge.
• May serve in the role of Charge Nurse and is accountable for professional practice.
• Adheres to policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
