Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on the night shift, 7:00pm–7:00am, 36 hours per week with every third weekend and rotating holidays. Sign-on bonus of $20k for full-time and $12k for part-time with a 2-year commitment.

Requires 1+ year ED experience, Associates degree or higher in nursing, IL RN license, CPR, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications within specified windows. Comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year ED experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (if ADN) must obtain BSN within five years of start date.
• Current IL RN licensure and CPR certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications due within 3 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per Illinois RN Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, monitor progress, document observations.
• Delegate tasks and work as a team member to meet unit goals.
