Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at Elmhurst Main Hospital. This night-shift role offers a 36-hour work week, with 7:00pm–7:00am hours and rotating weekends/holidays.

A strong ED background and IL RN licensure are required, with ACLS/PALS within 3 months. The position includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time staff and a $12,000 bonus for part-time with a 2-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or higher in Nursing; if ADN held, must graduate with a BSN within five years of start date.
• Experience: 1+ years in the emergency department.
• Licensure: IL RN license; CPR; ACLS within 3 months; PALS within 3 months; NIHSS within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per Illinois RN Act and hospital policy.
• Assess patients, monitor progress, and document observations.
• Delegate tasks and work as a team to meet unit goals.
