Reworld Waste, LLC in Huntsville, AL is seeking an Equipment Operator for night shifts to safely process profiled waste and regulated medical waste. The role requires operating multiple pieces of heavy equipment and adhering to environmental and safety standards.

You will inspect equipment, monitor the tipping floor, record data, and assist with general facility upkeep. This entry-level position offers pathways into Plant Operations and requires weekend/overtime availability.

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or GED.
• Good mechanical aptitude is required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and respirator fit testing.
• Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, front-end loaders, and street sweepers.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklifts, front-end loaders, street sweeper, automated feed system and other equipment.
• Perform equipment inspections and monitor tipping floor activity.
• Record data and report equipment malfunctions; perform painting and cleanup tasks.
• Assist in grounds maintenance and facility housekeeping; ensure safety practices are followed.
• Support plant operations and maintenance; opportunity for advancement into Plant Operations.
