Reworld Waste is seeking an Equipment Operator to handle inbound materials and refuse through our industrial disposal process. You will operate a range of equipment, weigh and label containers, and help maintain safe, efficient facility operations on a rotating shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating industrial equipment.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound materials, through the safe operation of various types of industrial equipment.
• Receive, weigh, unpack, and label containers as necessary.
• Safely operate industrial equipment to consolidate dumped refuse on the tipping floor.
• Follow defined housekeeping practices at all Reworld facilities and work areas.
• Exterior site maintenance and improvement, including litter collection, painting, snow removal and ice prevention.
• Traffic control for incoming/outgoing traffic.
• Assist facility mechanics with equipment repairs.
• Other duties to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.
