Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Facilities Cleaner for the FT Night shift (10pm–7am) to support hospital cleaning across patient rooms, OR suites, labs and related spaces. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, training completion within 30 days, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• The ability to speak fluent English and read, write, and understand simple instructions in English.
• Completion of the Departmental Training Program within the first 30 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform full range of restroom and patient room cleaning following the protocol.
• Follow infection prevention protocols and select proper chemicals.
• Remove trash and linens according to waste guidelines and procedures.
• Use appropriate PPE and maintain personal safety.
• Document daily tasks and coordinate with staff using the Epic system.
