Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in EVS or hospital environment.
• Strong knowledge of infection control and safety policies.
• Ability to mentor staff and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Schedules breaks and lunches daily for all assigned staff.
• Utilizes staff schedule to plan for sufficient daily staffing.
• Coordinates communication between shifts to ensure continuity of service.
• Mentors and empowers employees and promotes teamwork.
• Assists with performance improvement plans for staff.
• Oversees EVS inventory and maintains cleanliness and safety.
• Supports incident response and safety training.
