Job summary

Royal Oaks is hiring an EMT/Security Officer to protect people and property while delivering emergency medical care. The role operates on a full-time, rotating evening schedule (6:00pm–6:00am) with a strong emphasis on hospitality and safety across campus.

You will patrol, manage access, respond to medical and security incidents, and prepare concise incident reports. Candidates must have EMT training, AZ EMT certification, a valid driver’s license, and a clean record.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to make rational decisions in critical situations.
• Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information.
• Proficient in English communication with staff, residents and guests.
• Must have high school diploma or GED and EMT training.

Responsibilities

• Protects people and property and provides emergency medical care.
• Patrols property on foot and by vehicle; responds to alarms.
• Prevents unauthorized access and escorts after hours.
• Documents incidents with clear reports and maintains records.
• Coordinates with maintenance for after-hours issues.
• Operates security systems and radios; drives golf carts as needed.
