Job summary

John Knox Village Limited is seeking a Full-Time Night Public Safety EMT/Security Officer in Lee's Summit, MO. The role combines first-responder duties with campus security to promote resident safety and care for associates and residents during the 6p-6a shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Missouri Class E driver’s license or equivalent is required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Must maintain CEU hours for EMT and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergency medical calls on campus and provides basic life support as needed.
• Respond to non-medical emergencies (smoke, alarms, evacuations) and secure residents.
• Assist in managing after-hours IT and maintenance requests and coordinate with dispatch.
• Maintain documentation and incident reports; conduct wellness checks and escort residents as needed.
• Conduct driving and walking patrols to ensure safety and prevent incidents.
