Job summary

John Knox Village is seeking an LPN for full-time night shifts (11p-7a) in Lee's Summit, MO. You will perform direct resident/patient care under RN supervision, follow the plan of care, and support the Village's PRIDE values.

Expect thorough documentation, potential homemaking tasks, and adherence to safety standards. The role requires an accredited nursing program completion, Missouri LPN license, BLS certification (or obtainable within 6 months) and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident/patient care per plan and in accordance with physician’s treatment.
• Report changes and needs to Registered Nurse or management.
• Complete nursing care documentation accurately for state and Village requirements.
• May delegate tasks to caregivers and supervise assignments.
