Job summary

DocGo's Ryan Brothers Ambulance in Madison, WI is hiring a full-time Dispatcher for weekend days on the night shift. The role offers an hourly rate of $22-$27 and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) and weekly pay.

You will coordinate EMTs/Paramedics, dispatch calls in CAD, ensure accurate demographics and insurance data, and deliver top-notch service to hospitals and the public. Strong typing, English proficiency, and CAD experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Typing speed of 30+ wpm with data-entry experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Experience with CAD dispatch software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EMT/Paramedic workflows and tasks.
• Dispatch calls in CAD system efficiently.
• Provide top-tier customer service to facilities, the public, and staff.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance info, and authorizations.
• Dispatch ambulances to scheduled runs and coordinate transport.
