MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital is seeking an Emergency Services Technician to support patient care and assist with administrative and clinical procedures. You will work with a team of practitioners to ensure optimal patient outcomes and experiences.

The role requires CNA/NA-R/EMT certifications, BLS, and prior emergency/acute care exposure. Night shifts, 10-hour days, and rotating weekends are included as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current Washington state CNA/NA-R/MA-P/MA-C or EMT certification.
• MA-P or EMT must obtain NA-R within 180 days of hire.
• CNA/NA-R or EMT must obtain MA-P by a specified date; Mary Bridge Hospital and Yakima locations do not require MA-P.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Previous experience as CNA/NA-R/corpsman/EMT in emergency/pre-hospital/acute care within last 3 years preferred.

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
