Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be licensed pharmacist in Maryland.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 1-2 years clinical hospital pharmacy experience.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clinical staff to ensure safe and accurate medication administration.
• Prepare, verify, and dispense medications per policy; label with required details.
• Monitor for adverse drug events and report incidents.
• Participate in quality and safety improvement initiatives.
