Job summary

Ascension Health’s Milwaukee facility is seeking a Neurodiagnostic Technician to work the night shift on a full-time basis. You will attach, connect, and operate EEG electrodes, review patient records, monitor during procedures, and report abnormal findings to the physician.

You’ll also maintain EEG equipment, document results, and contribute to artifact correction. Minimum requirements include BLS within 30 days and ABRET credential preferred; education includes a high school diploma with

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer date.
• ABRET EEG credential preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent with experience, or an associate/technical degree.
• Monitoring tech and patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attach, connect, and operate EEG electrodes to leads for EEG machines.
• Review patient records and instruct before procedures; monitor and report findings.
• Identify artifacts, edit and forward results to attending physician.
• Maintain EEG equipment and supplies.
