Mass General Brigham is seeking a registered nurse at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital for full-time night shifts (36 hours). The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time and part-time roles.

Salary range is $38.71–$67.87 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities include administering medications, recording patient information and vital signs, coordinating with the healthcare team, and adapting care plans as needed to ensure safe, competent nursing care.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse license (RN) required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/NRP/PALS preferred.
• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions.
