Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking an on-site Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (7pm–7am). The role includes medication administration, patient assessment, and coordination with the care team to implement care plans. A valid RN license and nursing degree are required, with 0–1 year of clinical experience preferred.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible full-time and part-time positions. Salary is based on experience, with base pay range listed.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license required.
• Associate's degree in nursing required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience: 0–1 year.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
