Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for Full-Time Night shifts (7pm-7am), 36 hours per week. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants. Salary ranges from $38.71 to $67.87 per hour, based on experience.

The role includes nursing care planning, administration of medications, patient assessments, and collaboration with the care team. Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred) and RN licensure in the state.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required or a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Current RN license in the state where practicing is required.
• BLS Certification required; ACLS and PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
