The role requires a high school diploma, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work standing for long periods in a noisy, manufacturing environment. Training may occur on 1st or 2nd shift during initial weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience operating drilling/routing machines is beneficial.
• Ability to read and follow templates and specs.

Responsibilities

• Position panels on machine table and align with tooling holes.
• Check processed parts against template.
• Check tool sizes and replace/reset tools as needed.
• Notify supervisor of equipment or operating difficulties.
