Job summary

American Standard Circuits is hiring a Machine Operator / Production Operator to support plating processing for circuit boards. The role involves active participation in setup, cleaning, and quality checks to ensure finishes meet specification.

The position operates on 2nd shift (3:15 p.m. - 11:45 p.m., Monday–Friday) with occasional overtime. Training may occur on 1st or 2nd shift during the first 4–6 weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tanks by removing residue, checking anodes and making necessary additions.
• Set proper temperatures and cycle times.
• Prepare the surface of the board through various cleaning processes.
• Verify quality requirements to finished product.
• Operate on optional processes such as Black Oxide, Deburr, Desmear/Electroless Copper, Pattern Plating, Nickel/Gold, Black Hole, Etchers, Silver and Resist Strip.
