Job summary

The role requires excellent communication and computer skills, experience with satellite tracking and TMW dispatch software, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching experience, or closely related experience in the transportation industry
• Willingness to work extra hours when needed
• Microsoft Office Skills
• Excellent computer skills. Experience with transportation industry technology such as TMW and Samsara preferred
• Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred

• Dispatch and manage CDL-A drivers on dedicated, JIT round-trip loads
• Meet revenue and mileage goals for drivers and equipment while ensuring safety
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers and internal teams using satellite tracking and TMW software
