You will provide supervision, engagement, and life-skill coaching to students across residential, school, and community settings, helping build independence. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and crisis support, with responsibilities including documenting incidents, collaborating with teachers and therapists, and teaching coping strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with individuals with special needs preferred.
• Participation in in-service training required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care & Student Support: supervise, engage, and mentor students in residential, educational, and community settings; assist with nightly living tasks.
• Safety & Incident Management: apply safety procedures, use crisis intervention techniques, document incidents and observations, stay alert during shifts.
