Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have or be able to obtain Medication Certification and CPR/First Aid.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual support and personal care services to clients.
• Promote independence by teaching daily living and behavior management skills.
• Engage clients in structured activities to encourage growth and participation.
• Complete documentation including time logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.
• Assist with medication administration and health and safety compliance.
• Support community integration and safe use of public resources.
