Job summary

Minn Care Home Health in New Hope, MN is hiring Direct Support Professionals for an Assisted Living site. Shifts: Thursday through Saturday, 11pm–7am, starting at $18/hr.

Direct Support Professionals will provide direct client cares per physician orders and the client care plan, including personal care, meals, meds, transportation, and community activities. Background check, reliability and English communication required; driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• Must pass Department of Human Services background check.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, mobility).
• Housekeeping tasks (cleaning, laundry, dishes, organizing).
• Monitor and redirect client behaviors for safety.
• Meal planning and preparation.
