Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate molding and sizing equipment on night shift.
• Adjust furnace temperature and belt speed to ensure quality.
• Record and maintain process information accurately.
• Utilize measuring tools to monitor control conditions.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• May lead the department in the supervisor's absence.
• Maintain reliable attendance as an essential function.
