Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Data Center Associate for the E-Shift at the New Albany datacenter. The role focuses on handling and inspecting freight, assembling server racks, and ensuring safety and accuracy in daily operations.

You will work with hand and power tools, monitor inventory, and support multiple departments within the datacenter. Strong computer skills and a safety-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols.
• Experience with computers required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verify part numbers and quantities.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site at the datacenter.
• Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware using hand, power and measuring tools.
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers and electric pallet jacks.
