Job summary

DSV is seeking a Data Center Associate to manage material orders, customer service, and inventory at our New Albany datacenter. The role involves assembling/installing servers and components, using hand and power tools, and following diagrams to outfit server racks.

Qualified candidates will have 1–3 years of related experience, strong computer skills, and a commitment to safety. Base pay is $21.00 per hour with full-time benefits and background checks required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.

• Experience with computers and basic software usage.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards is required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound/outbound freight to/from vehicles and containers.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight for accuracy and condition.
• Run daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment for critical spare parts.
• Process return shipments using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Install server racks and cabling in datacenter per diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized work area following 5S standards.
