Quest Diagnostics Tucker, GA is seeking a Cytopreparatory Technician I to join the Cytology Prep Lab on a Monday–Friday night schedule from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. The role handles accessioning and processing gyn specimens and supports the team under supervision.

Responsibilities include maintaining specimen integrity, following safety policies, and partnering with other departments to ensure quality. A high school diploma and current state licensure are required, with 1 year in Anatomic

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Current state licensure required.
• 1 year of Anatomic Pathology experience preferred; desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Accessions and processes gyn specimens for microscopic evaluation, including assigning accession numbers and Thin Prep Processing.
• Follow all safety policies and ensure lab compliance.
• Disposes and labels biohazard waste appropriately; maintain specimen identification and integrity.
