Qualifications

• Must be able to perform multiple tasks with attention to safety.
• Knowledge of basic math and ability to follow multi-step instructions.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned facilities and grounds to maintain a sanitary, safe environment.
• Performs snow removal and summer maintenance as needed.
• Replenishes supplies and delivers materials around site.
• Responds to inquiries and safety concerns from staff and students.
• Secures facilities and supports other maintenance staff as needed.
