Responsibilities

• Mow and maintain grounds for a safe, attractive environment.
• Snow removal to ensure access and safety.
• Clean assigned facilities and/or grounds to maintain a sanitary, safe environment.
• Monitor site for safety and respond to issues as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs; maintain records of activities.
• Prepare site for daily operations and events.
• Respond to safety/operational concerns promptly.
