RATE OF PAY: $17.46/hr

GROUP: CPOKF

REPORTS TO: Building Administrator

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

HRS./DAY & NO OF DAYS: (2 hrs/day, 190 days/year)

LOCATION: Conger Elementary School

FUNCTION: To assist in the maintenance and keeping the building and grounds in a condition of operational excellence, cleanliness and safety so full educational use is always available.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete the cleaning schedule for the areas assigned within the appropriate amount of time;
• Assist with necessary building maintenance and grounds maintenance as assigned by the Head Custodian;
• Use equipment in the building as needed; (buffers, mowers, etc.)
• Assist with set up for extra curricular activities (assemblies and other programs);
• Other duties as assigned.
