Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of floor care and carpet care procedures.
• Experience operating motorized cleaning equipment.
• Ability to carry out duties independently and with a team.
• Knowledge of institutional custodial regulations and safety.
• Ability to use housekeeping chemicals safely per label.
• Awareness of blood-borne pathogens and MSDS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night custodial shift and provide team support.
