Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and three years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Successfully complete annual OSHA training.
• A successful background check is required.
• Preferred: proficiency with electronic work order systems (SchoolDude) and Microsoft Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Floor maintenance: vacuum, shampoo carpets, dust mop tile and floors.
• Perform minor electrical/plumbing repairs and light bulb changes as assigned.
• Set up for special events: arrange tables, chairs, stages, podiums, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by Facilities Supervisors.
