Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a CT Technologist for the Nashoba Valley location in Groton, MA. This night-shift, on-site role requires performing CT scans and patient care in both Nashoba Valley and Marlborough sites.

The position supports a radiology department with responsibilities including data gathering, records management, and contrast-enhanced imaging under radiologist direction. A Massachusetts license and ARRT/NMTCB certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiological program.
• Registered by the ARRT or NMTCB in diagnostic CT.
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans appropriate for patient age in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Gathers pertinent clinical data and maintains accurate patient records.
• Completes records, paperwork and billings promptly.
• Positions and transfers patients and assists physicians with interventional exams.
• Sends exams to PACS and performs QC on images.
• Maintains inventory and assists with supplies purchasing.
• Performs CT exams using contrast media per policy.
• Establishes IV access for contrast injection as required.
• Travel between Marlborough and Nashoba/Groton for operational support.
