Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a CT Technologist for Nashoba Valley with a day shift. The role involves performing CT exams, ensuring patient safety, recording data, and coordinating with radiologists in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited radiology program, ARRT or NMTCB certified in diagnostic CT, and licensed in Massachusetts. Travel between Marlborough, Nashoba, and Groton may be required to support department operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiological program
• Registered by ARRT or NMTCB in diagnostic CT
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Demonstrated ability to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced setting
• Good verbal and written communication with patients and families

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans appropriate to patient age in inpatient/outpatient settings
• Gather pertinent clinical data and maintain accurate patient records
• Complete all records and billings promptly
• Position and transfer patients and assist physicians with interventional exams
• Send exams to PACS for physician review and assist with inventory and supplies
