Job summary

Lutheran Health Network in Bluffton, IN, seeks a CT Technologist I to operate CT equipment, produce diagnostic images, and support radiologists with safe, patient-centered care.

This full-time night shift position offers 40 hours weekly, 10-hour shifts, weekend rotation every 5th weekend (6:00am-6:00pm), a sign-on bonus of $25,000, student loan repayment up to $10,000, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years clinical radiology experience required.
• 2-4 years CT technologist experience preferred.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist in state required.
• CT certification or eligibility within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images per protocols.
• Prepares and positions patients for CT procedures with proper immobilization.
• Verify patient identification and orders; screen for contraindications.
• Administer contrast media per safety protocols and monitor for reactions.
• Communicate findings to radiologists and healthcare team.
