Job summary

Community Health Systems is seeking a CT Technologist I for a full-time night shift in Bluffton, IN. You will operate CT equipment, position patients, administer contrast, and collaborate with radiologists to ensure high-quality imaging.

The role requires 1-2 years of clinical radiologic experience and 2-4 years CT in an acute setting is preferred. Licensure as a Radiologic Technologist with CT certification or eligibility is expected, along with BCLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clinical experience acquired through an accredited radiologic sciences program required.
• 2-4 years of experience as a CT Technologist in an acute care hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment and processing systems to produce high-quality diagnostic images per protocols.
• Prepares and positions patients for CT procedures with appropriate immobilization and safety measures.
• Verifies patient identity and physician orders; screens for contraindications to contrast.
