Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist to join our contract team in a night-shift role. The ideal candidate will perform CT diagnostic imaging, ensuring patient safety and comfort, while maintaining high image quality and accurate documentation.

Required ARRT certification and active BLS, with proficiency in CT techniques and anatomy. Prior hospital experience preferred; good judgment during emergencies is essential.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification is required.
• Active BLS certification is required.
• Proficiency in current CT imaging techniques and protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and thorough anatomy knowledge.
• Ability to work independently on overnight shifts and respond calmly to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners for diagnostic imaging according to physician orders.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during positioning and setup.
• Monitor image quality and troubleshoot issues; maintain records.
• Collaborate with radiologists and care teams for timely reporting.
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards; maintain imaging suite cleanliness.
• Provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance to patients and families during examinations.
