Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with department standards and patient care protocols. The role requires 6 months CT experience, ARRT(R) registration in Radiography, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Strong computer literacy and adherence to safety guidelines are essential. You'll work under supervision to ensure accuracy and safety, complete documentation, and contribute to departmental performance

Qualifications

• 6 months CT experience to meet CT competencies.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• ARRT Radiography (R) required; ARRT CT Registry (CT) preferred; BLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of radiologic principals/theory and uses appropriate technique/positioning for optimal procedures.
• Develops procedure/treatment plan.
• Implements procedure/treatment plan per hospital protocols/guidelines.
• Completes required documentation to comply with hospital policies.
• Maintains equipment, rooms, and work areas in a neat, safe condition.
