Job summary

OU Health is seeking an Adult CT Technologist for night shifts to perform routine CT examinations under established protocols. The role emphasizes patient safety, accurate documentation, and teamwork with radiology staff.

The position requires ARRT(RT) certification within 12 months, BLS, and increasing CT experience across levels. Expect collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a high‑quality imaging department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT‑accredited imaging, radiology or nuclear medicine program.
• Current BLS certification required; ARRT(RT) certification within 12 months of hire.
• Associate's Degree required; CT experience preferred for Level 2/3.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centered CT examinations under policy and supervision.
• Prepare patients and review history to support appropriate imaging.
• Administer contrast per protocol.
• Identify imaging artifacts and apply corrective measures.
• Communicate with patients and care team to support outcomes.
• Transfer images to EMR/PACS and document studies.
• Maintain equipment and perform basic QC per guidelines.
• Document results and support physician reporting.
• Participate in continuing education and quality initiatives.
• Assist with inventory and supply management.
