Job summary
A behavioral health organization in Cleveland is looking for a Clinical Therapist to support individuals in crisis. You will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop service plans, and provide therapeutic counseling. The ideal candidate is a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor with at least 2 years of experience in mental health services. Qualifications
Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in good standing in Ohio.
2+ years providing psychosocial/mental health services in behavioral health settings.
Experience in crisis intervention services.
BLS certification, at least 2 weeks prior to start.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and treatment planning.
Determine provisional diagnoses and obtain authorization for services.
Provide recovery-oriented individual and group counseling.
Offer family education and counseling support.
Assess needs and coordinate appropriate referrals.
Complete timely clinical documentation.
