Job summary

A behavioral health organization in Cleveland is looking for a Clinical Therapist to support individuals in crisis. You will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop service plans, and provide therapeutic counseling. The ideal candidate is a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor with at least 2 years of experience in mental health services. This role offers various shift options and a collaborative environment aimed at making an immediate impact in people's recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in good standing in Ohio.
• 2+ years providing psychosocial/mental health services in behavioral health settings.
• Experience in crisis intervention services.
• BLS certification, at least 2 weeks prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and treatment planning.
• Determine provisional diagnoses and obtain authorization for services.
• Provide recovery-oriented individual and group counseling.
• Offer family education and counseling support.
• Assess needs and coordinate appropriate referrals.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
