Job summary

Southeastern Integrated Care is seeking a Crisis Services Dispatcher/Admin Assistant for the night shift (7p–7a) in Lumberton, NC. The role supports the Behavioral Health Urgent Care by handling crisis calls, dispatching mobile teams, and providing administrative help to ensure timely communication and records management.

Collaborating with clinicians, nurses, and leadership, you will help coordinate crisis response activities while maintaining confidentiality and a calm, professional demeanor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Behavioral Health, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years in medical office, behavioral health, emergency services, dispatch, call center or administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Crisis Communications: answer crisis lines, document caller information, escalate emergencies, coordinate between programs, participate in meetings, dispatch mobile crisis teams and monitor staff availability.
• Administrative Support: register individuals, maintain records, prepare reports, manage correspondence, scan/upload forms, assist scheduling and meetings.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: No supervisory responsibilities
