Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Selector to read schedules, pick items, and move products in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. You will operate a ride-on pallet jack, ensure safety, and participate in loading, recording, and reporting activities. Weekend, night, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in a distribution warehouse.
• Experience using ride-on pallet jack.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Work in a temperature-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Utilize the necessary pick sheet to select the product.
• Move materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Operate pallet jack to remove the case(s) of product from storage rack.
• Adhere to proper safety practices for truck and trailer pull process daily.
• Report all safety concerns in the work environment on a timely basis.
• Move orders to loading dock to prepare for shipping.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Maintain product integrity with proper handling and report damage to management immediately.
