Job summary

Price Rite - PriceRite of Wethersfield in Connecticut is seeking a Night Crew Chief to monitor pricing, stocking, facing and rotation of grocery merchandise to maintain an attractive, clean, and well-stocked store. The role reports to Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager and requires basic English, math, and physical ability, including lifting up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to operate a Telxon scanner.
• Able to push/pull 4-wheel equipment with product.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pricing, stocking, facing and rotation of merchandise to maintain an attractive, clean, well-stocked store image.
• Follow store policies and dress code; adhere to shift hours and health regulations.
• Maintain proper shelf allocations and communicate shortages to supervisors.
• Assist in unloading trucks and operating the bailer when needed.
• Ring up night crew purchases and use store security systems as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
