Job Description

• Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year; desire to become a Non-union Team Leader.
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or Licensing Required: CPR
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety for Team Members, guests, and products in all tasks.
• Cultivate a food-loving culture by sharing enthusiasm for food with team members and guests.
• Perform all Team Leader functions in their absence when necessary.
• Guide team members using work lists, oversee and evaluate training of new and current team members.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Prepare products for stocking, including unpacking pallets and pricing.
• Manage orders, supervise stocking and receiving, and utilize tools to reduce out-of-stocks and shrinkage.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, respond to product inquiries, and coach team members on service standards.
• Contribute to store product assortment by building relationships with guests and vendors.
• Follow sampling, suggestive selling, and merchandising initiatives.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, complying with health and OSHA standards.
• Complete audits, incident checklists, and self-assessments to ensure standards are met.
• Follow work procedures, update as needed, and adhere to 6s requirements.
• Track inventories and work processes to calculate gross profits.
• Navigate required company applications and resources.
• Participate in daily team huddles and communicate effectively.
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, reporting violations as necessary.
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations and utilize the help chain.
