Primary Purpose

We are dedicated to building strong families and healthy communities across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and New Jersey. This role involves entering orders, scheduling, supervising staff, receiving and stocking items, checking dates, adjusting pricing, and performing department tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, adhere to PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Unload trucks, break down loads, organize U-boats by department, and distribute to the floor.
3. Stock shelves, manage backstock, and maintain store presentation.
4. Break down, fold, and bail cardboard.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Shift length: 8 hours or more based on business needs.
• Physical demands: lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., standing 55%, walking 45%.
• Category IV tasks include lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Training and Knowledge

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, Right-to-Know, and Key Carrier Training.
